Better than a Chuunin?...or...Not.

Sai screamed when she saw them and tried to hide behind Sasuke. But too bad that was impossible the way he was holding her collar.
"N-no, I wasn't going to leave! I need...uhm...uh....a bathroom! NATURE CALLS!"

"Uhm...don't look." Crimson said as she started to inch her way far from where Sasuke was pointing.
Was she going to the bathroom? no
Was she running away? no
She was merely taking a break until she could purchase bug repellant.

"I changed my mind!" Crimson yelled.
But then paused.
"Sasuke!" Crimson gripped Sasuke's wrist and forcefully pushed him back just as a hailstorm of daggers and kunai came her way. Crimson dodged a bit of them, but a small dagger came through her defense, and her shoulder was hit.
Quickly hiding the wound, Crimson looked to the trees to see where the attack had come from.

Crimson was going to protest. She was injured! She wanted revenge! Flailing her arms she made it difficult for Sasuke to carry her. It wasn't until a bit later, she realized Sasuke's breathing pace wasn't normal.
"Sasuke?" She asked, "Are you alright?"

"Sasuke..."
Something was wrong! Why wouldn't he tell her!?
"Are you hurt? Tell me if you are!"
Why the heck was everyone looking at them weird?
"What?! So we argue alot! So what!"

It took a while, but Crimson realized it. "Oh...no..."
How could she be so stupid...

"BROTHER!" Crimson yelled too enthusiastically and loudly, but the others seemed to realize that's probably the reason the two were fighting.
"I TOLD YOU SO MANY TIMES, BRO, I DON'T NEED YOUR HELP!!!"

Crimson gasped. Too much...yelling...

"I'm sorry..." Crimson lowered her head, "I forgot."
Feeling a cooling sensation on her wound Sai looked to Sasuke hoping to see any sign he was paying attention.
Nope.
She sighed.

Nodding slowly, Crimson bit her lip.
"I know...this sounds odd...but..." She said all this quietly, "I'm...not scared...we can get through this. I know that...so, I'm not scared."

"Well, we're here together." Crimson smiled, "So I'm sure I'll be fine."
Hearing footsteps, Crimson saw one of the ninja walking towards them.

Looking up at the man, Crimson showed fake interest, "We didn't trespass."

"Do I know you from somewhere?" Crimson asked.
The man froze. "Huh?"
"Aren't you that movie star?" Crimson gasped. "You are!"
A red tinge came to the man's face as he started to laugh, "no no no, but I get that alot!" He started to walk away, but then he turned back this time looking at Sasuke.

Crimson raised a hand and wiped off spit that came too close to her mouth. "Ew."
Standing up Crimson looked to the man and pointed to Sasuke while pulling him behind her, "Sorry sir, my brother's..."
An evil grin came to her face.
"...has a disease which affects his brain. He's actually stupid. See? He can hardly speak."

The man looked sorry, "You have my condolences. Isn't it hard for you?"
Crimson was going to laugh but kept a straight face, "Yes sir. Yes it is. Right, brother?"
She nudged Sasuke.

"Aw..."

"You don't mean that, right?" *Nervous laughter*
Crimson drew her famous and very conventional wire and started to cut through to bone.
